The sauces and marinades used in almost all of our dishes are from recipes and techniques that have been handed down through generations … crafted and perfected over many decades ... and whose secrets are defended fiercely.


Not only used for traditional and authentic Thai cooking, we are also working on a range of sauces and marinades that can be used as condiments or dips to compliment a whole host of different food types and dishes.


Flavours currently include Pineapple, Mango, Chilli and a hot Chilli, Pad Thai dipping sauce, Tamarindo and a Marinade
